We had the team from Counties Property Maintenance booked in for a house wash, as I was going around closing up windows for them I noticed some interior window latches were not functioning properly. They made quick work of replacing some window latches and even planed some window edges and fitted draught stopping. Exterior wash and gutter clean looked great, no plants or paintwork damaged in the process. I got a lot of our to do list items ticked off during their visit. Over the last 8 years we have used Counties Property Maintenance of number of times to carry out work required around our property, this included: Internal painting Water blasting Pruning and removing trees and shrubs Installation of a new laundry tub Replacing and painting around 20mtrs of fencing that was blown down during a weather event All this work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard with minimal disruption.
